Zucchini in Truffle Oil - Recipe

Servings: Four
Ingredients:

  • 4 zucchini
  • 4 teaspoons of truffle oil
  • 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the zucchini.
Using a grater, cut them in very thin sticks (you can use a cheese shredder too)
Put them in a bowl and pour the truffle oil over them. Add salt and pepper and mix to cover the zucchini with the oil.
Place the zucchini in four individual plates and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
