One 12 oz. can of peeled tomatoes
Garlic (4 cloves)
Dried red pepper
Ground black pepper
Oregano
Salt
Sautee olive oil with one dried red chile pepper (or 1/2 t. chili pepper flakes) and three-four whole garlic cloves. Heat gently until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and a little oregano. Adjust with salt and black pepper and cook gently for 15 minutes.
