I will be offering cooking demonstrations at Pepperberries and Lane Community College in Eugene.
Each demonstration will last approximately two hours and you will taste each recipe I will prepare, of course with a good glass of Chianti (sorry, no wine at the Lane Community College).
Reserve well in advance because the classes fill fast.
