Bresaola (air cured beef available at upscale markets)
Soft goat cheese
Fresh herbs (if available)
Pepper
Lemon juice
In a small bowl mix the soft goat cheese with your favorite herbs (thyme, finely chopped basil or parsley, etc.) Fresh herbs are preferable, but you can use dried ones also. Add freshly ground pepper to taste. Roll a teaspoon of the prepared cheese into a slice of bresaola and arrange in serving dish. Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
You can experiment using different kinds of cheeses prepared with any of the spices you fancy (cayenne pepper, paprika or almost anything you can think of!)
